*It locks in my commitment to my body and routine. Brian Allen (at Port KC in Westport) keeps my workouts interesting and ever-changing.
*He keeps me from injuring myself in correcting my form when I start to cheat a move or am just ignorant to what I am doing during a given exercise.
*Personally, he slows me down as I have a tendency of pushing myself when I get started.
